Job Description

  • Answering incoming customer phone calls

  • Quoting parts for both outside sales and service work orders

  • Inventory control

  • Database management

  • Purchasing Parts

  • Invoicing Customers

  • Greeting and assisting walk in customers

  • Process payments

  • Assist Shipping and Receiving as needed

  • Manage internal and external customer orders in a timely manner

  • Assist other team members


  • Must be punctual and dependable

  • Organizational skills

  • Attention to detail a must

  • Strong computer skills

  • Communication skills: phone, in person, and via email.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

  • Minimum (3) years of parts counter customer service experience

  • Forklift parts experience is a plus but not required if similar experience is demonstrated

  • Knowledge of UniCarriers, Linde, Baoli, Princeton, JLG and Capacity parts is a major plus
