Job Description
Answering incoming customer phone calls
Quoting parts for both outside sales and service work orders
Inventory control
Database management
Purchasing Parts
Invoicing Customers
Greeting and assisting walk in customers
Process payments
Assist Shipping and Receiving as needed
Manage internal and external customer orders in a timely manner
Assist other team members
Requirements
Must be punctual and dependable
Organizational skills
Attention to detail a must
Strong computer skills
Communication skills: phone, in person, and via email.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Minimum (3) years of parts counter customer service experience
Forklift parts experience is a plus but not required if similar experience is demonstrated
Knowledge of UniCarriers, Linde, Baoli, Princeton, JLG and Capacity parts is a major plus
